The location was excellent, not far from local shops, the Plaza Mar Shopping Centre, the Central Market, and the beach or town. Had a very nice stay on a business trip. Received ironing for free, a nice bonus.

Stayed here with my family, everything was perfect. Having kitchen was an advantage.

The cleanliness of the dishes left something to be desired, as some previous guests did not clean them thoroughly.

I recently stayed at Gran Notch in Alicante for a week-long vacation. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, and the spacious bathroom was a standout feature. The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing much-needed relief from the heat. The staff, particularly the helpful guy working for the apartments, were quick to respond and went out of their way to assist me. The location, despite being in a bustling neighborhood, felt safe and was within walking distance of supermarkets, shops, and public transportation. my stay was comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable.

The apartment was conveniently located near several attractions, such as the Archaeological Museum and the beach. It was also close to the ring road, making it easy to explore outside of the city. the owner, Carlos, was extremely helpful and accommodating. He waited for us until the late hours of the night and allowed us a late checkout when my grandma fell ill.

The apartment was quite noisy, especially in the early mornings. There was constant noise from the floor above and loud arguments between neighbors.

The unit I stayed in at Gran Notch was absolutely fantastic. The air-conditioned bedrooms were a lifesaver during the hot summer nights, and having a kitchen with an oven made it feel like a home away from home. I loved the tile/marble floor, it added a touch of elegance to the apartment. The tea/coffee maker and dining area were super convenient as well. I felt really comfortable and cozy in this apartment.

The only thing that was a bit of a downside for me was that the unit was accessible only by stairs. But hey, some people might actually enjoy the extra exercise!
